look like there's a major down according to status page
Mine are down as well.
@xHosts how about some info and, if possible, an ETA?
some of their ipv4 are down, but ipv6 reachable, at least to my short test. the vps itself is up. ymmv.
Red status everywhere!
need some kyc
some say in discord their service were completely inaccessible, either by ipv4 or ipv6
and even calling by phone were went to voicemail
have you considered chargeback
got the cheap one (among other xhosts offer) so I'll wait. it's not on production part of my vps, so it's fine.
Seems like mine is back online
some nodes are up now but still 5 node offline
My uptime monitor is busy.
Up/down every few minutes.
Which is how it started yesterday before going offline.
FWIW my Epyc still is belly up but my Ryzen is up and hasn't been down at all it seems.
Servers should be coming back up
The issue has been caused by an IPblock failing to renew due to my card details changing. I am not at home at the moment as I am in hospital undergoing heart tests due to recent chestpains. I fixed the issue with IPXO within a hour of the issue starting, IPXO first advised the block has been re-announced but seems the IP holder had not recreated the route records until a short time ago. Due to being unwell without any warning it has slipped my mind to update my card details, i was first aware of text messages when the nodes had showed as offline.
well all the prayers to your health and wellbeing @xHosts
GWS. Is xHost is still one-man operation?
Take care brother. Get well soon. You have my prayers.
My servers, on different nodes, now are up and fine again.
@xHosts I wish you a speedy recovery!
