looking for very cheap nat vps in europe (dmca ignored)
hello, i am looking for a nat vps in specific "piracy open" European locations with the following specs.
cpu: 1c or less (I don't really care)
ram: 512mb (minimum)
disk: 5gb
port: 1gbps (100mbps will also do but with unlimited bandwidth)
bandwidth: 3tb (minimum)
ip: i am looking for shared ipv4 (nat vps). I can also work with dedicated but i prefer shared.
Usage: i will set up a wireguard server to pass my torrent traffic. (Strictly torrenting from private trackers)
location: anything in europe that can be more piracy friendly. a few examples are: Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Netherlands, Switzerland (maybe), Sweden, Turkey (not Europe but it can work)
budget: 13$/y

I wouldn't say this is strictly the case, a lot of times it is technically against the terms of use of the hosting provider. But it seems that the reality is that without abuse reports the host is not going to look into it or care.
It works unless the provider has a strict “no torrenting” policy even for “legal” torrents.
i am open to suggestions or offers for more locations (if you know torrents can work there). Maybe hetzner or ovh. I have seen a lot of seedboxes using leaseweb and m247, these will be ok too
Just stop using this torrent shit and switch to Usenet. No headache, prime download speeds, nice and organized communities sharing Linux ISOs. Implement a full *arr stack and enjoy.

i don't really like usenet i find it complicated. I have *arr set up to work with torrents and it works quite well
i already have a vps from you with slightly better specs and similar price
