5% - 30% Comission for depositing funds, even for crypto. So you're really looking at a 5% price mark up, unless you're a Russian company.
Come on. What's the point of being a Russian provider if you can't atleast ignore DMCA?
GLWS
30% is WebMoney. Unfortunately, the WebMoney exchange rate is very high, and we cannot influence it. Additionally, we cannot completely remove WebMoney from the list of payment methods, as it is still very popular in some countries and is the only payment method available to customers in some cases.
We are a Russian provider because our company is registered in Russia. In addition, we do not comply with the requirements of the DMCA, but simply comply with the requirements of local legislation, so we do not ignore complaints about abuse, regardless of whether they are filed using the DMCA templates or not.
Hypothetically speaking, If I am to obtain an unlicensed copy of a game or a movie or a TV show via Bittorrent protocol using your VPS, and you receive a complaint under(or citing) DMCA law(not Russian/local legislation), would you suspend the VPS?
In no way would your infrastructure be abused in any way. By "abuse", I mean port scanning, spoofing, url scanning, ddos, or downloading a tonne of corn or anything illegal like gore, CSAM(or even "normal" corn ) or other BS thats an actual abuse.
It depends on the location. Since we provide services not only in Russia, but also in Germany, for example, we need to comply with local laws. We cannot expect to turn a blind eye to DMCA violations in Europe, sorry.
It would be even better if you could offer other RMB payment methods.
Yes, but here we are limited by the Chinese state - their payment systems do not allow accepting payments to foreign sellers for virtual goods. Because of this, such popular systems as WeChat, Alipay do not work in Russia. May be this restriction will waived in the future.
somehow the "order" links on all of the VPS are not working?

wanted to buy RU but the page is broken. glws though
Russia is periodically subjected to large-scale DDOS and cyber attacks, which may result in restrictions on access from foreign IP addresses at the government level. When you click on the "Order" button, you should be redirected to the page https://my.rustelekom.net/billmgr. If you are unable to access this website, it is possible that your IP address has been blocked, please apologize.
Please read my previous post, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Blaming DDoS attacks and the Russian government for countrywide blocking when your shit doesn’t work.
Damn, you are an incompetent clown.

Our services are working fine. Many LET members are aware of this. Due to the widespread blocking of various resources in Russia, we are forced to use comprehensive monitoring, and we take responsibility for our words, unlike you.
Right now, many Russians outside the country have lost access to government electronic services due to the blocking policy. However, this is a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.
Do the access restrictions only affect your website or does it also affect the VMs? And if it does affect the VMs, do you have a workaround to allow customers to access their services or any kind of refund policy for situations like that?
We have not heard any complaints from our customers about the unavailability of services. However, we have received two complaints (from @Fubukibox and @kunstraum) today about the unavailability of order buttons.
We are not responsible for restricting access to our services in some countries at the government level. This is not within our control. For example, Hetzner and OVH are blocked in Russia, and they certainly do not care about it.
In the current global situation, we do not recommend that our clients make long-term payments, either in Russia or abroad.
I also found the order buttons are broken for the VMs on your website, but the FTP storage links work so I figured if I created an account I'd probably be able to order something.
Do you allow VPNs for non-Russian clients? And are they likely to get blocked by your government again or did breaking the internet once make them see sense?
I like the idea of having a VM in Russia to run a personal-use VPN but there seems to be a lot of problems with the internet there right now.
Could you please provide us with link to page where you are facing problem with order button? Also describe what plan you are attempt to buy?
Foreigners are allowed to use VPNs in all our locations. As for the government's actions, we don't know their plans for the future. However, even in Iran, after all the hostile cyberattacks and military operations by the United States and Israel, the internet has become accessible again, so we hope that it will be available in Russia as well.
Yes, there may be problems, as resources such as Meta, Telegram, Discord, x.com are blocked in Russia. And this is by no means a complete list. In addition, some services and websites, such as HP and Dell, block access from Russia themselves.
Nothing illegal, criminal, inciting political hatred, pedophilia, drug trafficking, or LGBT propaganda In RU location and no one will touch you. Bittorrent is not prohibited. Everyone has long forgotten what it is. Like lamp TV in 2026.
