Looking for Dedicated Server Allowing High TCP Connection Load (Public Tracker)

sayyikusayyiku Member

I want to create a post to find hosting providers that allow running a public tracker.

The requirements are:

At least 16 CPU cores (high-frequency preferred)
32 GB RAM or more
NVMe storage
1 Gbps port with unmetered bandwidth

Must support very high concurrent TCP connections

mybe 60w tcp connect

    Hi

Check our Dedicated Servers (you can customize)
    https://ava.hosting/dedicated-servers/

We only have 5 Ryzen in Stock. We have other dedicated servers

    Check our AUP and rules.

    Kind Regards,

I wonder why you mention this, did you have issues with some providers previously?

There are providers that can do this but budget does matter.

    Hi.

We have own Datacenter, Hardware and Network in Republic of Moldova.

We have cheap dedicated servers starting from 26€ per month
    https://alexhost.com/dedicated-servers/

For NVMe not all have support for that, but you can see which dedicated servers offers NMVe for storage :)

Also we have Bulgaria dedicated server and 10Gbps dedicated servers if required.
The good news: All our dedicated servers can be customized like port speed, RAM, Disk Space and more! We also offer DDoS Protection and IPv6 FREE Support.

We accept crypto payments and we just require a real and valid email address.

    Looking Glass: https://lg.alexhost.com

Anything just open a ticket support.

    Best Regards,
    Alexhost

There’s no issue or dissatisfaction—these are simply the performance requirements we need to meet. I believe most providers won’t allow this anyway, so it’s better to be upfront about the scale. It may increase further in the future.

    What?

Each TCP connection will use 60 watts. These are very heavy TCP connections. /s

i assume OP is Chinese, so it should be "wàn" (万/萬) which means "ten-thousand". So 60w is 600k concurrent connection
Idk if one server can handle this much

One server can handle that assuming there are not too many open connections per client, but you'd have to raise nf_conntrack_max at the very least. It would use a lot of memory.

At that point, might as well require DDoS protection/filtering.

My server, with 16 cores and 32 GB of RAM, handled it perfectly well. <3

Many providers would block such large TCP connections.

Ah, they replaced the network activity LED with a light bulb.
