Windscribe's account sharing policy is a bit ridiculous. They're really anal about it. I'm absolutely going to be wanting to share any VPN account with my partner.
Personally, I do have Windscribe lifetime accounts purchased almost at the same price range

If you get too mainstream, the IP ranges getting blocked by various hosts and propably not changed in a long time. IVPN has a good pricepont, thats why its nice to pay 2-3 years in advance, but also a risk you come in this situated issues.

Beinsports is a legal service, yes. The streams usually have english as a language option and sometimes "international". The latter appears to be the regional language. E.g. during a Spanish game, "international" commentary was in Spanish.
