  not NL but DE, and VPS aren't very cheap, but noez.de has really cheap addon IPs if these drawbacks are worth it to you in case you wanna get more than 3 IPs in the future, half a euro a month per IP, 1.99 eur/mo for the VPS if 1TB is enough (or 2.99 if not), not sure about the /48

  @NovaCloudHosting are those then NL IPs? I don't mind if the tunnel is terminated in Frankfurt.

  If not a Dutch VPS will be better. The specs I don't care about As long as it can run Debian or whatever and have enough throughput to serve 1gbit through a tunnel I am fine. So my guess is 1 or 2 CPU with 512RAM should be plenty. For disk 20GB is fine.

  Nope, the IPs in germany are detected as that of course. The alternative would be a VPS in Netherlands.
