Teribble Support from Terabix.net
Got hit with a 500Gbps DDoS at 2:39 PM GMT+8 today. Support emailed saying my IP was null routed and it'd be lifted in ~4 hours. It's been over 5 hours now and I still can't reach my server.
I get that you don't offer DDoS protection and I'm not complaining about the null route itself, that's fair. But if you tell a customer 4 hours, it should be 4 hours, or at least send an update when it's going to be longer. Running a business on this server and I've had no communication since the first email.
Anyone else experienced extended null routes here? How long did yours actually take to lift? Trying to figure out if I should just keep waiting or escalate.
Ticket/email was signed by Justin L if any staff here can check on it.

Why do these companies bother with ticket systems and live chat support? Just post your issues on LET it’s bound to solve the issue quicker right?
i thought you were in jail pompompurin
Perhaps attacker is still DDoS'ing your machine, so their system keeps your IP nullrouted.
You should find other provider with DDoS Protecion, not blackholing solutions
your ddos have been doubled. thank you.
