Requirements:
Specs: Minimal is fine (1 vCore, 512MB/1GB RAM). I only care about the network stack.
IPv6: This is the most crucial part. I need a dedicated, routed IPv6 /48 assigned to the VM to distribute /64s to individual containers.
Bandwidth: Unmetered or high bandwidth (1Gbps port) is highly preferred.
Location: EU or US.
Budget: Around $3 - $5/month (Can pay annually if the deal is right).

Routed /48 is possible in Gdańsk, Poland.
512MB rarely gets restocked.
I would just get the 1GB ram one for a little bit more.

For that kind of routed IPv6 setup in US/EU, check out Scaleway, Linode, or UpCloud. They should be able to sort you out for microservices.
Late to this unfortunately, but we can also route leased /48's to any of our VPS products. Setup is usually fairly quick since it's all on our own network. Of course you're welcome to lease a /48 and take it elsewhere too.
Oh yeah and you can use the tunnel products too for this, right? Totally forgot.
