  Hey, for affordable Windows web hosting/VPS with ASP.NET, I'd check out BuyVM, Rabisu, or Time4VPS. Cloudways also works if you prefer managed cloud, and they have Asia locations.

  You might find Azure's free tier sufficient for what you're looking to do... could be worth checking out first.

  Probably late, but I can definitely tell you who not to go with, lol.

  But seriously, I recently signed up for HostNamaste (it's been a few weeks) and so far it's been good, but my site did go down for a few hours one day. I'm only hosting less than 10 pages and there aren't any visitors, so it couldn't have been me.
