Refund Request Pending for OVER 2 MONTHS - Ticket #3923061 - Calling @CloudCone

I am writing this to seek urgent help regarding my refund request, which has been stuck for over 2 months.
I was initially told by Harj N that the process would take 7-14 working days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving the same canned response: "Your ticket is still in queue."
It has now been well over the promised timeframe. I have always enjoyed CloudCone's services, but this delay in processing a simple balance refund is unacceptable.
Can someone from the billing team please look into this and provide a definitive timeline?
