[Chunkserve] Payment Issue - Funds Deducted but Status Unpaid

I attempted to purchase Xeon Gold NVMe Special 2 via the Mollie checkout gateway.

While the transaction was successful on my end and the funds have already been deducted from my bank account, website is still displaying my order status as Unpaid.

This is my first VPS buying. I am really fed up. I am from third world country. The amount I paid wish is important to me.

4 hours gone, still they do not reply my ticket.

    open Ticket if u don't get reply start chrageback with your bank

  • Open a ticket. The guy might answer you there. This is the first step that you should do.

    4 hours and you made a thread.

    You need to give providers a chance to reply, most payment processes advise you should give any company 72 hours to reply to any emails, support tickets that require quicker replies but standard billing tickets companies normally take longer to reply

    You need a provider with a 24/7 support chat. I’d request a refund and never use LET providers again if I was you because you’re never going to be happy with them

    Don’t worry, bro. Just give it at least 24 hours, they’ll definitely resolve your issue. Sometimes these things just happen in the online world.

  • @Chunkserve has not responded to my ticket in over half a month with my server being unusable.

    Their panel is broken and doesn't work correctly, so my server has been down for over half a month as I wait on someone to answer their tickets -- I am at the point of writing off the server and the company as it seems to be a ghost ship.

    My 2 cents.

    This kind of issues make me wonder, do low end providers sometimes forgot to unblock payment processor ASN/IPs? I got this issue a lot in the past because clients using cloudflare and it's blocking paypal requests...

    We did forgot to do it a while back and surely i’m not alone. Things like this sometimes happen, but that was at beginning.

    Please don't. Run asap in the other direction.

    Read the big chunkserve thread, in short my experience: frequent 5-7 hour downtimes, and when it's even up, the performance is really really low (aka oversold to hell).

    They manually checked and approved my payment.

    I am not aware that international payments need time. As far as I know, it solves instantly.

  • I have mixed experience about @Chunkserve 's support. For important tickets (like yours), they do solve the issue on time but for less important queries, they'll keep you left over for weeks. I have a ticket that doesn't have a reply for more than 2 weeks now.

    It’s difficult to complain when you get what you pay for. Since they provide VPS at very low rates, longer response times for regular tickets are to be expected.
