However, resources cannot be pooled across multiple VPS instances

Yep and that was a huge red flag for me.

If you're selling to an English-speaking audience, why use terms that originate from bad Chinese translations.

Even something like "Imported IP" would make more sense. Or just not try to invent new terms and explain it clearly - "other region IP", etc.

When they are different, it is called a “broadcast IP.”

This terminology is very concise and is particularly popular among Chinese users.

I think that's a common chinese mistranslation.
