    Please recheck Ticket #JFT-300527 (I replied on April 2).
    My case seems different from the general datacenter issue others are experiencing.
    I still cannot reinstall the system from the control panel, which suggests the VPS itself may be broken rather than just affected by the outage.

    Could you please verify and recreate the VPS instance if necessary? There is no data on this VPS that needs to be preserved.

    while creating account, currency can be selected - USD-EUR price is mapped 1:1.

    I didn't explain myself clearly. I paid €6.6, but logically, it should have been $6.6 USD, or the Euro amount directly converted from the USD price. There wasn't even an option to choose the currency unit when I created the account

    My dear family, when I made the payment, it also showed 6.6 euros, and the amount was deducted. However, it was later reversed (apparently because another user with quicker hands paid the bill first), which is why it became 9.9 euros.

    @Chunkserve, I’m having trouble renewing my servers.

    When I originally ordered them, I paid with crypto, but now that it’s time to renew, I can no longer find any crypto payment option when trying to pay an invoice. In the billing panel, Crypto is no longer available in the Payment Method list.

    Could you please clarify whether crypto payments were removed permanently, or if this is only temporary and the option will return soon?

    Second - this VPS is really unstable. Just another time when VPS is stopped and can't be loaded. My projects are just dead right now.

    Ticket #ELQ-836253 - My VPS is damaged and completely unusable. It cannot be started or reinstalled from the control panel, and there is no way for me to resolve this on my side.

    Please recreate the VPS on the host machine. No data needs to be preserved.

  • On April 2, the server was down for about 9 hours. Today the server was down for about 5 hours. It seems to me that this is not the normal state of the service.

    hey @Chunkserve can you please reply tickets? I can understand how hectic things like this can get but you still don't get a free pass, at this point y,all should consider hiring me.
    my uptime since i started tracking this issue on friday is like 15% right now and is affecting stuffs I am working on. I am not sure what is taking down the node but i don't seem to get auto restarts. I have had to turn on like 5 times or so and that is the just for the few times, I notice. I have someone pinging me that the api i am suppose to have up and working is down.

    This hosting is so terrible, I think few even care anymore to post their server is down, or use theirs for anything at this point. Mine is down right now for 7 hours and counting. But hey, I logged into the panel, it is Active and Online, and even VNC works. So I suppose only the network is fucked. @Chunkserve ?

    I recently received a response from support. They apologized and added an additional month to each server. The only thing missing is quick support, but the service is very good and they always go out of their way to help.
