I also opened the ticket for same recently but ain't getting any reply from them. Likely I have got banned.

    Sequence of events-

I asked @labze on support for option to migrate the 1vcpu 7750x3d 4GB RAM 5TB HDD to a 10gbps node if possible. He agreed but mentioned that the cpu will be a downgraded but network will be an upgrade to 10gbps, I agreed for the deal.

The migration took 14hrs and it was successful.

After migration I found out that the cpu has been downgraded to a different one but network port is still the 1gbps one.

Since then he has not been responding on tickets.

Don't know where did I offend him or violate the terms and conditions.

The hdd was giving almost 70-80MBps on 1m IOPS earlier, now it has gone down to the worst 20-30MBps.

Ain't getting any reply from him:(

He literally mentioned to you in the ticket that th CPU will be downgraded. So what's the issue here?

The CPU downgrade was in compensation for network port upgrade to 10gbps, network didn't get upgraded and hence the issue. Btw laze is great and he had acknowledged it earlier.

So your ask shoudl be for a better network and not a better CPU?

A better network instead of cpu changes would be even more amazing.

@labze happy bday first, does Large HDD Block storage need any EPYC plan? e.g. MINI-EPYC + 20TB hdd block is €3+€2x20TB=€43/month, or €400+€30=€430/year?

do you have annual plan deal for 20 or 10TB block? Thanks

@labze btw, what do you use for storage? ZFS or Ceph?

Neither. All storage is locally attached disks. ZFS is not supported at all in for example cPanel and DirectAdmin

ZFS would be also locally attached disks. But what kind of redundancy do you use?

    Neither is ZFS? : D

RAID level depends entirely on the server and use case.

    RAID1-10 for NVMe storage.
    RAID6-60 for block storage

    It's a "EPIC-EPYC Anniversary", but yabs says:

Yes.. I haven't used to website hostbrr.com for a year or so. It redirects my.hostbrr.com. I'll move the TOS over there shortly.
