  How about northern Poland (Gdańsk)?

  @3K33 (strike.bz) has VPS servers with great performance and usually low latency to russia (due to RETN upstream). They have unmetered shared 1Gbps on all plans (I think 20TB bw should be fine in your case).

  ping is more important than others. it should be REALLY low ping to moscow and avaliable in russia. something like skhron would be ideal.
