  Cheapest would still be HostBRR and its coming to out of stock, so if want you can get 10TB price would be 15 euros/m cheapest (If you are ok with the vm have 1c4gb ram 10tb bw). However you should read hdd block section in their sale thread

  About RAID setup you should ticket in, cant find that information.

  So 20EUR for 20TB of storage, I don't think so unless provider is subsidised by government or trading at loss and happy about it, try EU basement hosts or lifetime ebay seller deals.

  This is not an endorsement and I've never used any of their services, but Mega has a 20 TB plan for 25 € per month that supports object storage.

  Storage is via RAID 60 ( 2x12 or 3x8 depending on the node you get provisioned ). This Type of RAID is much better for Data Integrity on a multi-drive failure, but is a bit taxy on Raw usable space hence the higher price of the service.

  Sincerely, today, with a high redundancy in the mix ( raid 60 or multi raid 6 stripped ) no. Technically you cannot get to that price point. Only on Raid 5, or on raid 50 maybe. But even there not on high capacity drives ( 18+ TB ). It is related to cost mostly as today prices are...... well..... not the best.

  Disks have gotten more expensive the last year as well.
  I'm extremely thankful for L7 & Brr for letting me keep my current fee and @NovaCloudHosting for a, considering the times, great custom deal.
  I'd say I can recommend all of them depending on specific needs - but you're not getting 1$/TB in todays climate unless you already own the disks
