Personally, I consider only paravirtualized implementation to be a VPS, anything else is a different thing. So my answer is no, I don't. But the domain situation is too strict to be ignored, therefore I mentioned it.

Blocking funds because of large transfer are just another reason to distrust bankers. We know bankers are regulated by banking laws, but it's applied selectively to their customers. So does central bank who oversees millions to billions of transactions each day.
