/64 is the smallest sensible IPv6 sub-assignment size.
Offer /64 or larger subnet on every plan in every location to get delisted.

  • It was actually a nice offer.

    But KYC requirement.... I'll pass.

    abuse! abuse! abuse! abuse!

Before we can complete your VPS order, we need to verify your identity — just like showing an ID when buying cigarettes.

No experience with cigarettes, but dutch supermarkets have asked me for an ID to buy wine when I was in my mid twenties.

Anyway they did not ask to take a photo of the ID, or a selfie. And apparently most hosting providers can manage to deal with abuse without asking for those.

I'm sorry, but the government of the Netherlands does not require age verification for buying VPSes as they do not do any particular damage to a growing individual. Furthermore, they aren't recording your ID, just checking your date of birth.

You, on the other hand, are asking for government IDs to be sent to you (either directly or via a 3rd party) over the internet and stored in an insecure database in perpetuity, so your (AI's) comparison is nonsense.

KYC is going to get rid of a lot of legitimate customers and will cause your reputation here to absolutely tank.

It's not about age verification. It's a normal process to know our customers. The KYC process is GDPR approved.
