Based off my last year's vote, the top 3 is changing slightly:
Most Helpful: @MAXKO_Hosting
my rant:
Between @alwyzon and @AlbaHost I'd consider it a tie. They're both awesome, each better than the other in different ways.
While I cannot realistically prove it, @alwyzon has had basically 100% uptime for over 2 years, and that's why they're going to keep that spot essentially forever.
There's genuinely not much else to say that I haven't said already. They cause zero issues, so I realistically have nothing to complain about
I only started using @MAXKO_Hosting back in June, but I have to admit, they've been extremely helpful and have become one of my favorite hosts so far. I've sent them all sorts of requests, and they always try to find a way to make them a reality, which I love about them. They're pro-Tor and encourage everyone to host whatever relay they want on their network. You can't really find providers like that nowadays, so that's a huge plus in my book. And they have very good exotic locs! Croatia, Serbia, ...
These are my top picks because they are real, no bullshit hosts with real humans behind them who actually care and will go the extra mile to help you out. You won't feel like you're talking to a brick wall when you contact them
A few honorable mentions:

Thank you all for your services. I use every single one of you and I'm happy (or generally happy, in some cases) with them
Some comments on these:

@dustinc: Support can be a bit hit or miss, but I eventually get things sorted out one way or another, so I'm happy. I have to say that I haven't opened a ticket in a while, so it could have improved, but I have no reason to open one because it just works
@rarecloud: Same thing. Support can be a bit hit or miss, but I eventually get things sorted out one way or another, so I'm happy.
@hosthatch: I generally speak good about you, but my last experience has been awful. Please improve your support. It makes no sense that I have to open 5 tickets in a few months about the same recurring issue. Everything else is flawless, and that's why I appreciate what you do.
@host_c: I don't have much context regarding the EOL situation, but if you want my honest opinion, "I don't like it" is the nicest way I can put it. Your support has been a mess for me, and I literally gave up trying to open a ticket for something as simple as a /64 subnet or rDNS because it takes ages to get handled (I literally still don't have either, I just gave up). Aside from this, solid services, and I truly appreciate your involvement in the community
@internetport: I had a whole review that took me hours to prepare for you, but I wanted to test something as simple as a quick request via support and I got completely ignored. Rock solid services, but your support seems to not exist at all.
@NDTN: I have too many services with you to not mention you, but your support really needs to improve. How can you tell me I have to wait hours until my IP's null-route is lifted just because I ran a speedtest? Or have servers powered off (not rebooted!) at 2 AM because of some bug in your CPU FUP system?
@MannDude: I believe support is already improving, so I'm happy about that, but I've had to wait way too long for my recent requests!
Please take this criticism in a good way and try to improve. I rarely open tickets, and I try to be as helpful and polite as possible to get things solved/handled. I expect the same from you. I understand probably 80% of your requests are nonsense or something that's not under your control, so that's why I generally understand your position.
@onidel: You guys have been impressive, and I genuinely thank you and your team for your services. A true no bullshit host, and I've only faced one or two small issues, mostly due to my own janky setups

@oloke is the best guy you could have hired
@ColoCrossing: My dedi with you has been working flawlessly, and special thanks to @Ernie and @jbiloh because they've been extremely welcoming and helpful. The Cloud segment of CC still needs to improve in terms of reliability and support. Please invest a bit more there
Sorry if I forgot anyone. I genuinely use too many good providers to realistically list everyone here
Thanks @FAT32 for your work here
You're an awesome person.
I'm noticing that I need more than 4 slots
Most helpful: Host-C @host_c
And as always, special thanks to @FAT32
Can not win, but for what it is worth
All absolutely solid hosts, have had my VPS with all of them for over 3 years, unreal service from them all.
Most Helpful: @layer7 (Went above and beyond, secured me a deal that surely has little profit, have since recommended many customers his way)

I only make 9 posts last year!
, accumulating my post count for next year voting then.
You actually have 4... you can switch your Vote 3 to HostHatch for instance because Most Helpful one also counted as normal vote.
Your current vote:
But you can change it to:
And then Onidel will still get the one vote.
I am not even sure whether this is serious or not
It depends, how much does your vote costs?
You're only telling me this now?!??!
This is my vote and it's final!
Ya I am only starting to read all the messages and I feel joy, I told myself to not think about work AT ALL for today (Sunday), I muted all my notifications from work messaging app and emails etc, and let today be a day where I do whatever the shit I want to do
Anyway to anyone else:
You can ALWAYS still modify your vote by posting new comment, newer comment supersede your older votes as long as you voted before the deadline.
Well if only you didn't give your Most Helpful vote to @beanman109 then you would have additional vote for @HostBilby
wtf are you trying to subvert my legitimately acquired votes
i paid for those fair and square
I mean only one of them is a legit host
yes
BEANSUMMERHOST NEXTGEN SHED HOSTING SOLUTIONS LLC
I feel called out... I am also a legitimate host...
Just not for public
Game host?
The non profit that looks after communities kind.
😅 that's different kind of host
Still learning things, still figuring stuff out, still expanding. These communities have given a lot to me so I can do something that I'm good at and return a lot. It works.
