Anyone else's dedirock vps went offline?

Server went offline and their panel can't be loaded. Already made a ticket but just wanna see if I am the only unlucky one.

Maybe a node of theirs crashed. If you opened a ticket, they're usually pretty responsive so should be fixed soon.
Unrelated, but I've had my VPS randomly shutting down a few times lately and needed to manually start it from virtualizor.
sadly on my side the virtualizor doesn't load.
Mine are all alive! NY and LA both.

the only way to know about this is to open a ticket to ask (there is no way to know otherwise, unfortunately). @DediRock : it would be nice to know which node you're on without having to open a ticket for that (to-do list?)
already did. just want to see if other people is having the same issue
you can kind of guess what node you are on if it's offline. if more than a few is offline at the same time i'm sure there's gonna be a lot of people panicking

Sorry for the trouble here. There was an unplanned reboot, and I just sent out an email to all customers on the node, which is BufStorage8.dedirock.com. There was a disk failure which our DC is working to replace. Sorry for the abruptness. In the very near future we are going to be adding the node name so all customers can track their node more efficiently on https://status.dedirock.com
