Why are you now in control of LayerHost's IP addresses?

Really bizarre! We have been unable to contact them since the 8th.
Digital Realty said the circuits in the LayerHost cage have been disconnected, and this was ordered by their collections team. They are unable to reverse any of this.
Starting April 8th, the Layer Host's IP addresses disappeared from the internet. Some of these IP addresses were re-announced by ColoCrossing on AS36352 a day later.
Their server and IP moved to HostPapa ColoCrossing on AS36352 after one day of outage.
I guess this was planned all along.
The circuits has been disconnected for 3 days.
