Experiences with eurohoster.org VPS?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently considering EuroHoster.org for a small project and wanted to ask if anyone here has real experience with their VPS services.
I’m mainly interested in their budget KVM VPS in Bulgaria. On paper the specs and pricing look pretty reasonable.
However, I noticed that the Trustpilot reviews are quite negative, and Trustpilot even mentions that some reviews were removed due to guideline breaches, which makes it harder to judge the real reputation.
For my use case it’s mostly experimentation and research workloads, so reliability matters more than support. I also encrypt the VM anyway, so provider level access is not a big concern for me.

It has been an absolute nightmare. Support is nonexisting and uptime is meh
