Rabisu Singapore VPS paid, order still Pending — no ETA from support
Posting a short rant about Rabisu.
I purchased a Singapore VPS from Rabisu and completed the payment successfully.
However, the VPS has not been deployed at all, and the order is still stuck in Pending status.
I contacted their live chat support to ask about delivery. The responses were basically:
“Stocks are currently being replenished”
No estimated delivery time can be provided
When I asked why the VPS is still purchasable if there’s no stock, I was told stock levels are “being updated”
In the end, I was simply told to open a support ticket and wait
So the situation right now is: payment accepted first, then told there’s no stock and no ETA.
I’m aware that some users did get their Singapore VPS deployed, while others (including me) are left with Pending orders and no clear information. That inconsistency is quite frustrating.
If stock isn’t ready, the product shouldn’t be sold as available in the first place.
At this point, I’m not interested in waiting indefinitely and will be requesting a refund.
Just posting this here as a heads-up for anyone considering Rabisu’s Singapore VPS.

PS:I’ll update this thread if the situation gets resolved (deployment or refund).

Ok so that the f is wrong with submit ticket via Client Portal?
Hello, we apologize for the delay. Your service has been successfully activated. We hope you enjoy using it.
Update:
Rabisu has now activated my Singapore VPS after the LET post and ticket follow-up.
The service is online and accessible at the moment.
The initial issue was the lack of deployment and no ETA while the order was stuck in Pending.
Hopefully they can improve communication and stock handling going forward.
I’ll update again if anything changes.
So how long did you wait ? 5 minutes ?
can you activate mine?
Invoice number: 194435
mine was 1 hour 10 mins, the support is responsive
Hello friends, new Singapore stocks have been added, and because they were above normal levels, Singapore institutions were delayed for a short time, but everything is fine now.
We have been receiving a high volume of orders from Singapore, which requires us to constantly increase our stock levels. We apologize for the resulting delay.
I have the same issues, it's already stuck for more than 1h10.
Neither their technical support, nor the pre-sales chat agents are aware of these issues and give me copy paste messages that they will reply once the node is ready.
It's unacceptable to advertise 60 seconds to 5 minute provision times on the website when in fact Rabisu knows that they have provision issues. I could have booked with another VPS provider and already start my project.
My Invoice no. 194467 also shows that there are only 32 additional orders. Not as high volume as Rabisu claims and certainly not high enough to disrupt operations. They should get their sh*t together!
now the VPS has been provided after 2h43.
Update: only the email came that the VPS has been provided, but the IP is not reachable and their dashboard also shows a different IP (in Germany) than the one from the email.
Update 2: now it's been 3h24 and 4 support tickets later – their support team is crumbling. the Singapore IP for the VPS is still not reachable, they have confirmed the issue but haven't provided an ETA for the solution. what is clear thought is that they still have not provided the VPS yet, despite the status change.
anyone out there: DO NOT BOOK A VPS WITH RABISU – it's a real sh*t show!
5h later still no VPS. CS doesn't seem to speak English and have no technical skills. Rabisu literally the worst VPS provider i've seen so far.
Update: 5h45 later and still no VPS so I told them to cancel everything. of course don't want to provide a refund so I filed a fraud report via my bank.
Hello, we experienced a very rare situation and delivered some Singapore orders late today. Please send your email address via PM and we will add 3 days to your delivery time to apologize.
5h? oh, thats not a good sign for a provider
hope they're improve their service, and yeah i think the CS dont speak english
This is ridiculous. Waiting 9+ hours!!!!
I paid for the 1GB Singapore VPS on 10 April 2026 (Invoice #198496, $10.49 via Credit Card), chose the Singapore location specifically, and it's now been over 7 hours with the order still stuck in "Pending" status. No activation email, no control panel access, no IP, nothing.
I already submitted a support ticket hours ago — zero reply, not even a single automated message. This is the exact same complaint that started this thread weeks ago, yet Rabisu still hasn't fixed their Singapore stock or provisioning system.
They advertise "automated provisioning under 60 seconds" on their site and in promotions, but in reality it's a complete joke for Singapore orders. Some people get lucky and get activated quickly, while others (like me and several others here) are left hanging for hours with zero communication. This isn't "low end", this is straight-up unprofessional and borderline scammy behavior.
Rabisu, if you're reading this: either activate my VPS right now or issue an immediate full refund. Stop wasting customers' time with your broken inventory system and ghosting support.
People come to LowEndTalk looking for cheap reliable deals, not this kind of headache. Strongly advise everyone thinking of buying Rabisu Singapore to look elsewhere (ClawCloud, Vultr Singapore, etc.) until they actually fix this mess.
Waiting 9+ hours for a $10 VPS with no response is unacceptable in 2026.
Did you not see that they are banned from this forum before posting your AI slop
I’m experiencing the same issue as well.
My Turkey VPS has been pending for over 16 hours now, and there has still been no meaningful response or activation. This is simply unbelievable.
they will kyc just wait
I’m not a new customer—I’ve had several VPS before. I ordered two at the same time yesterday. One was activated after a few hours, but the other still hasn’t been activated even after 24 hours.
