@lizhanglin @magratsk just to clarify - the 35% Easter Sale discount is still active directly through the shop until April 12, no coupon needed. The "easter" code was an extra bonus on top of that with limited redemptions, which ran out faster than expected. Sorry for the confusion!
“It was still working at noon today. I was planning to set up the server in the evening, but now the coupon is no longer accepted. The boss is being quite petty. If you’re running a promotion, do it properly. I’ve been without a server for days, and today I finally managed to get one — but now the Easter coupon won’t work. What kind of Easter event is this?”
The promo code didn't have an expiration date
It's not nice to disable it before it's time. I was planning to buy it tonight
@lizhanglin @ch1ck I hear you and I'm sorry for the frustration. The "easter" coupon was meant as a limited bonus on top of the Easter Sale, not as the main discount - it ran out of redemptions faster than we anticipated and we should have communicated the limited nature more clearly. That's on us.
The good news - the 35% Easter Sale discount is still active directly in the shop until April 12, no code needed. Prices you see on the website already include the discount, and it stays permanent on renewal. So if you were planning to order tonight, you can still grab it at the sale price.
“Exactly. Since it's an Easter promotion that was supposed to run until the 12th, the Easter coupon shouldn't be disabled today. Either don't enable it from the start. I've been without a server for days, and today when I finally have one and am ready to buy, the Easter coupon no longer works. That's not how things should be done.”

But 10% more off is still 10% more off
@lizhanglin just to be clear - the "easter" code was never part of the official Easter Sale announcement here on LET. It wasn't listed in the post, it was a hidden extra for quick customers who found it on the website. The official Easter Sale (35% off, directly applied in the shop) is still running until April 12 as promised, no changes there.
“What we need is for you to keep the Easter coupon active so that we can purchase the server at the discounted price. The boss should be more generous — if you're running a promotion, do it properly, not just halfway and then stop it. Doing that will only destroy trust.”
@lizhanglin I understand you're disappointed, but I have to be clear here - the "easter" code was a hidden bonus for people who found it on the website, not part of the official promotion. It was never advertised, never listed in this thread, and had a limited number of redemptions from the start. That's by design, not a change mid-promotion.
The official 35% Easter Sale is running exactly as announced and will stay active until April 12. Nothing has been taken away from what we promised in this post.
“The boss did it on purpose. A few days ago, when there were no servers available, you could still use the coupon. But today, when servers are finally available for purchase, the boss disabled the coupon. Do you think the boss is reliable?”
“Boss, you did this on purpose. Today, when servers are finally available, you deliberately disabled the coupon so we can’t buy your server at a better price. This is so disappointing. How could an Easter event turn out like this?”
There were no deadlines here
You had your chance, dunno why you guys aren’t ordering instantly when you think a deal is attractive. Nearly all deals are time limited and „small“ quantities around here.
@ch1ck fair point, you're right - the popup didn't mention a deadline or limited quantity. That's on us for not being clearer about it. The code was still limited from the start by redemption count, not by date, but I should have made that visible on the popup itself. Lesson learned for next time.
@lizhanglin I already explained this twice - the "easter" code was a hidden limited bonus that ran out of redemptions, not something I disabled on purpose. Accusing me of doing it deliberately to prevent people from saving money isn't fair. The 35% sale in the shop is exactly what was promised in this post and it's still running until April 12. That's the deal. I don't have anything more to add on the coupon topic.
“The server only became available today, and then the coupon was disabled. How could I have placed an order before when there was no stock?”
There is currently no stock of IPv6. When will the boss restock?
And here’s this little bunny still walking around on the website, tempting us to use the coupon to place an order — but when you try to use it, it doesn’t work. What’s the point of it walking around?”
“Still say it wasn’t intentional? Another coupon code, LET10, wasn’t that also disabled today? We’re not forcing the boss to give us anything. Since it’s an Easter promotion, you need to act responsibly — don’t be so half-hearted and messy about it.”
If you mean the XEON 1G IPv6-only plan - we're likely restocking those later today. Keep an eye on the shop!
Will the RYZEN 5950X be restocked before the promotion ends?
Honestly hard to say right now, depends on how quickly we get the new hardware ready. Shoot me a DM with your customer ID and the plan you want and I'll see what I can do for you.
Can you activate the 5950X 4G plan for my account on the backend?
Around when? What's the exact time?
There was stock at the beginning of the sale for several days
Can't find the last egg, been looking for it all night, still no success
Quick update: All servers are back in stock - EPYC, RYZEN (DDR4 and DDR5) and XEON across all plans. Unfortunately the 35% Easter Sale already ended, but use code LET10 for 10% off all KVM servers (except XEON).
No, the Easter promotion has already expired. Even if you restocked the machines yesterday, I don’t think you would have extended the Easter discount code until then.
I’m not trying to blame you, man. The problem is your description said the offer would last until April 12th, but I saw another guy didn’t get the discount when he purchased.
If you’re going to run promotions this way in the future, please state it clearly: how long the discount will last, and note that discount codes are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Could you please do that?
Hey @mapleling,
Fair feedback, appreciate it. Just to clarify one more time so there's no confusion: the 35% Easter Sale discount in the shop ran exactly as announced until April 12, no changes there. The "easter" coupon code was a separate hidden bonus on top of that with limited redemptions - that's the one that ran out early, not the main sale.
And to be clear - if we had the hardware ready yesterday, we would have deployed it during the sale. The restock simply took longer than expected because demand was way higher than anticipated.
But you're right, the communication around the limited coupon wasn't clear enough. Next time we'll state deadlines and quantities upfront on any bonus code so nobody's left guessing. Thanks for the constructive pushback!
Just wanna say thank you for great price'n'performance offer!
Got one EPYC mini kvm with LET promocode on 3.46 euros (good reasonable price for me). Fully satisfied with test and performance results.
"Killer feature" - apple pay payment - quick, easy, comfy: my respect
And as mentioned before - english language on site is really needed!
