About CyberVM and asanlicense
Is there anyone who can reach the owners of https://www.cybervm.com/ and http://www.asanlicense.com ? I purchased licenses from these websites, and although they should normally be active, they currently appear to be suspended.
I sent an email, contacted them via online support, and created a support ticket, but I haven’t received any response for days.

One option is to perform a WHOIS lookup for both domains to see if any administrative contact information is publicly available. You might find a different email address or contact number there than what is listed on their websites. Also, check for any active social media pages for updates or an alternative way to reach them.
