your 40 EUR barely pays the 250 TB traffic you want to celebrate on the server - not to mention the server itself with 12 TB disk.
The storage VM of @Matthew18_ is already a pure present to you.
Especially for europe where the powercost is like 3-5x of the USA a physical dedicated server wont easily happen.
Very hard to match. 12TB is not cheap at all. 250TB Bandwidth is not "small" at all.

Keep it as optional, but you can configure it during the order. Your budget is too low. For this reason, this will be optional and probably someone will fit in your budget, but is not easy.
