As you are determined, I recently came across tino.vn. Recommend by a local company I work with. It seems that they are having a sale on VPS. Dedi prices looked 'more reasonable' than everyone else. To be absolutely clear: I don't use their service, their website is a mess, they seem catering specifically for locals.

I don't think that's the reason tho. Like how could the arrests lead to some network disruption or servers seizure, politics and infrastructure don't intertwine that way.
Sure man, sure.
FYI Vietnam Ministry of Public Security has taken over the 50.17% state ownership stake in FPT Telecom, a company that handles a significant portion of Vietnam’s international internet traffic

To be fair, most major ISPs in Vietnam are state-owned anyway (Viettel, VNPT) so the government has always had the kill switch in their hands. I’m just skeptical that recent arrests are the direct cause of the "issues". What would be the "issues" here for?
