You should ask Nuyek for refund, after 1 week go chargeback at Bank.
Remember gather all information about ignore refund and sales ticket. Recommend video all those evidence along with screen shoot.

worst server provider ever. I paid for a dedicated server ago and now I don't even have access to it. I asked for refund three months ago and still no update. Scam

yes, you learn that "local celebrities" hyping shit that just appeared means avoid. nuyek was a pretty awesome example but i can think of a few others not quite as blatant.
Bought a dedi from Nuyek in July of 2025, would take days to respond (especially for a customer that paid $1200 upfront, what a mistake...) and even when we did get our server with an advertised "Network Port: 1Gbps", the network speeds speak for themselves:

I received an invoice for the server....that went down a few month ago....and never came back online.....and was deleted
