I need Asian cloud servers or servers optimized for Asia. Please forgive my previous simple post, but this time I will describe the specific requirements.

Core: 2-4, Running Memory: 4G Best Storage: 80G Best Data: 6000GB Broadband: 1Gbps Best Asia Optimization/Asia Annual Fee $33. Who doesn't want something better? I will consider better and more stable options. Actually, I am more accepting of the price. If there is a better option worth the price, I will give it top priority.

$33/year for what you're asking is definitely too little. Where did you see such price?

@HostDZire 's price for LSW in Singapore is currently $82/year for 4c6g100g 25TB (from this thread).
Not to mention leaseweb's connectivity is pretty poor for MJJs from what I've heard.
I can consider reducing traffic because the website will use CDN.

There was at least one Christmas Deal that was in your price range, but their standard prices are nowhere close.
Asia is expensive. You can find something for the price you want to pay, but not with those specs, especially bandwidth which is usually the limiting factor in Asia.
How about a delay of less than 190ms? Is it Asian optimization? This is the lowest value within my acceptable range.
