@zed the website is only in German right now, we don't have an English version yet, but browser translation (Firefox, Chrome) works pretty well on it. Billing-wise we work with account credit: you top up once and the balance is used to renew your services. You can top up for any period you like, or just open a ticket and we'll handle it for you. DDoS Protection can be disabled, we just need a reason for it.
@fuqet Unlimited is really unlimited - no hard cap, no throttling. The only thing we ask is that you don't sit at 10 Gbps 24/7, that's not what the shared port is for. For normal workloads, even high-traffic stuff, you won't run into anything.
@harvindersingh @zed the account credit model is actually pretty common here in Germany - most providers in our region run it the same way. No recurring charges, no surprise invoices, you always know exactly what's on your account and what gets renewed. I get that it's unusual if you're used to other billing systems, but it works well for us and our customers.
On top of that, this makes it possible or easy to have SEPA support and I really appreciate the 5% bonus on that

Thanks! Port 25 is blocked by default but can be unblocked on the XEON 1G via support ticket if you have a legitimate use case.
Quick update: All fixed EPYC plans and all RYZEN plans are sold out for now. Still available are the EPYC Configurator and our XEON lineup. The 35% Easter Sale discount still applies on the EPYC Configurator until April 12.
Can you at least provide a proper translation of all the terms and such? For the site itself machine translation is fine but when it's stuff like legal documents, not so much, in my opinion.
When you're advertising your services internationally, I'd expect at minimum English versions of your terms, privacy policy, etc.
I don’t fully understand what I’m agreeing to and that makes me question whether I can trust the company.
Not so much "trust" but it is a little unnerving relying on an uninvolved 3rd party translation for a legal agreement. Even if @SKRIME does the translation thru Firefox (or whatever) they're at least still a responsible party signing off on it being ok.
Something to consider, 2 cents sorry.
@Obelous @zed totally fair concern and I get where you're coming from. We're working on an English version of the website itself, but the legal documents will stay in German only - that's pretty standard for German companies operating under German law. If there's a specific clause you want clarified before deciding, just ask here or open a ticket and we'll walk you through it in English.

@qyyo @mapleling honestly we didn't expect this kind of demand. We had just received fresh hardware the day before the promo to prepare for it, but it was gone way faster than we anticipated. We're already working on bringing more capacity online - hard to give an exact date yet.
