Looking for a long term VPS in India or SE Asia

Hey everyone,
I am looking for a VPS with the below specs. Preferably long term (1 year plans).
VPS:
1. 1 core (maybe 2 if the deal is good)
2. 2GB RAM
3. 20GB (or more storage, even HDD is fine)
Ideally location is India, but SE asia and at worst in Asia is good.

Sorry I missed the price range. I am not sure what is a good price. Something like <25$ a year?
@webhorizon do you have anything thats not "performance" . I don't exactly need very high performing core/an older epic is great for me.
And maybe a bit lower on the RAM to bring it below 25 a year?
