poor network quality, constant reboots, trashy customer service

Try have your instances redeployed/migrated.
Mine have 2(RO/HK).
One is redployed before and they both working fine and fast currently.

I know we had issues, but this is in the past now.

We have posted on the forum multiple updates, also our customers can confirm.

We have updated almost all our infrastructure (we are working now to change all Romanian servers)
We've changed the management team, hired new people, our customer service is a lot better.

To be honest, service is so so. I have got both Timisoara and Constanta and both go offline regularly. I just do not have anything serious on them, so cannot be asked to open ticket every week. Let's see, I hope what you are saying is correct.
