Looking for dedicated server in US

I have a Hetzner server in Helsinki, Finland that costs $45 a month (2 IPv4) and a 5TB storage box for $13 a month. It's a dedicated auction server with these specs:
- Intel Core i7-8700
- Gigabyte B360 HD3P-LM
- 4x RAM 32768 MB DDR4 (128 GB)
- 2x 1TB M.2 NVMe SSDs in raid1
- 1 Gbps Intel I219-LM NIC
In total, I pay about $57 a month. I'd be happy if it weren't for the horrendous latency since I'm in the United States (about 160 ping).
I'm looking for a US dedicated server for around or under $60 a month that has similar specs or better. I'd prefer the higher-end of RAM (64GB+) - I run Proxmox on the server and have quite a few containers and virtual machines for my own cloud infrastructure. The extra 4-5TB of storage can be HDD and/or HDD speeds (100 MB/s). 2 SSDs isn't need but is nice for redundancy, one will do just fine.
I've looked at places like Netcup, Fiberstate, OVHcloud, etc.
I know this kind of a big ask, thank you!

It sounds like you don't really know what exact specs you need. I would check how much ram you are actually using. Same with storage space do you need 2x 1TB NVMe SSD and 5TB drive? Would HDD only work? Having that many drives will add up quick.
