Seeking Assistance: Long-term Unresolved Affiliate Payout from VirMach
Hi everyone,
I’m writing this post in hopes of getting some assistance or a response from the VirMach team regarding a long-standing affiliate commission issue.
I have been an affiliate for VirMach for several years, but unfortunately, I have been unable to withdraw my earned commissions despite multiple attempts. My current available balance is $443.83 USD.

Key Information:
Affiliate ID: 10281
Client ID: 255913
Current Pending Ticket: #832084 (Open for 9 months)
The Situation:
I have been trying to request a payout since late 2022. As shown in my ticket history, my previous requests (Tickets #142463, #561421, #191705, #641910) were all merged and closed without any actual payment or explanation. My latest ticket has been sitting in "Customer-Reply" status for 9 months with no staff intervention.

I have stopped promoting VirMach services in 2024. My only goal now is to settle the remaining balance and receive the commission I earned from my previous efforts.
My Request:
If any VirMach representative is active here, could you please look into Ticket #832084 and process the payout to my PayPal on file?
Also, if any community members have had similar issues recently and managed to get them resolved, I would greatly appreciate any advice on the best way to reach their billing department.
Thank you for your time.

Both accounts are dead
That's pretty crazy lol. I've seen bad, but 9 months waiting reply is crazy (lightest word to use here I guess) unless the company is abandoned.
They are definitely not here, sorry
VirMach isn't here and hasn't been for a long time. If you want visibility on your issue, there's another forum that they are semi-active on and they might see your message there. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link there or mention the name of the forum, so maybe you can figure that out on your own.
breaking news: virmach is bad
Ah, Virmached strikes again.
Virmach is seasonal..wait for the next season
Black Friday?
i think he skipped last BF....need to catch him at other times
I'm still waiting for my wheel spin...
Virmach didn't go downhill overnight. You waited too long, always request the money as soon as possible. But the money will either come or it won't; they do what they feel like. You probably see that yourself in the high bounce rate
Thanks everyone for the candid feedback. It’s a bit disheartening to see the consensus on VirMach's current state, but I appreciate the reality check.
@Fubukibox @Xrmaddness – Thanks for checking the activity. It's a shame they’ve gone silent here, as this used to be a place where issues got resolved.
@qps – Thank you for the lead. I’m happy to move the discussion there if it increases the chances of a response.
@MikeA @LES – I agree, 9 months (and the years of merging tickets before that) is beyond "crazy." Looking back, I definitely should have been more aggressive earlier.
@cybertech – Hopefully, "payout season" arrives before the next decade...
Aren’t they still legally operating out of LA?
I don't think there's anything in the rules against mentioning the OGF.
i dont see how the business can continue to sustain given the hardware issues and exponential increase in cost of repair/replacement
VirMach are not active here anymore, for a long time.
You should try to contact with them on OGF (different forum, search it). They have dedicated thread. But most of the time, they are inactive there too.
VM's from their LA, NY location works good for me (I have a few small VM with them), but nodes from other locations (ATLZ, SJCZ) technically dead. And no information about them. I have an unanswered ticket since 5-6 months..
Good luck, anyway.
