AFAIK the conversion is admin restricted.
If you're looking to use Namecrane we have a fully automated system to migrate from WHM -> DA, you just have to provide login details.

One option is to use DirectAdmin's migration scripts, but these typically require root access to the server. As a reseller, you would generally need to work with your host to perform the migration since it's a server-level operation. If you're moving to a new server where you have root access, you can run the scripts there.
