Are there any providers that offer VPS for my scanning needs?
I'm developing projects like Shodan and Cencys, which require a VPS to create datasets. Speeds above 1 Gbps are preferred, fast i/o.

For that, you're going to want to go with a not-so-low-end host. You'll want to have a contract with a larger company that understands your unique needs, has a close relationship with their upstreams, and can accommodate your activity (if it's legitimate).
