Most Helpful: @PulsedMedia Väinämöinen , fixes problems himself in 10 mins to an hour, love the AI sysadmin idea. I feel kind of bad putting an AI but I never really had serious issues I needed help with at another provider and I was encouraged to send tickets to Väinämöinen while I often feel hesitant to do so with other low end providers because of the low cost of the service etc.
