cPanel, Direct Admin 100% Functional backup/restore for website or Wordpress
Are integrated backup and restore in Cpanel, Direct Admin good enough? or is better to manually download database through phpMyadmin and zip files in file manager?
Do you recommend any good Wordpress plugin for this? In last 15 year I used so many plugins and around 2015-2019 they were all broken even the best like Duplicator or other premium similar at that time. It made backup but it couldn't restore even with increasing memory limit.
I remember in 2010 I used Xcloner and is still in Softaculous but require old php and I am not sure if it backup and restore well. It require php 7.0.0 or below

As JetBackup doesn't offer any import and you have to wait 1 day more to download backup.
How to backup emails in cPanel? or better order new shared, reseller hosting and migrate from SSH via WHM?
All I can see is Download a Full Account Backup or if I go in File Manager "root" of user cPanel and zipping everything
I just want to use script or plugin that will 100% backup and restore. In the most cases Softaculous integrated worked but I would like something simpler or even with deploy function. So script or plugin have log or show me everything went fine and not like in error log everything is fine but restore doesn't work at all.

Its best to have backup saved on your local computer. But its pain to download backups manually.
Updraft works perfect for me to create and upload backup files to a remote server.
I use Updraft to backup all the files (posts, uploads, plugins, themes) remotely.
