You should be proud, holding a world record is quite the accomplishment.

Got terminated for alleged “PPS attacks” without proper investigation.
All services were stopped, only SSH was running, yet they claimed traffic was still coming from my server.

Provider ignored technical explanation and immediately blamed the client instead of checking for spoofing or network-level issues.
They gave me 6 hours to resolve the issue, but terminated the server just 3 minutes later.

Unprofessional handling, false accusations, and no real troubleshooting — just instant termination.

    Would not recommend.

The truth is usually something entirely different from what op posted.

I had this same experience with a different provider. imo this is really the differentiator between "low end" and "high end", not price. low end just rent out hardware and don't care about the running details. if there's a problem, rent it to a different guy and repeat.

Of course, what is being claimed here is not accurate. The client was using our service to carry out attacks. We provided a graph clearly showing the malicious traffic, then suspended the service and instructed them to stop this activity.

In good faith, we allowed the service to be reactivated after they claimed the issue was resolved. Instead of fixing it, they attempted to mislead us—lowering the amplification but continuing the attacks the moment access was restored.

We do not permit any form of DDoS activity originating from our network. For this reason, the service was terminated.

The graph clearly shows the suspension point and then the immediate return to PPS attacks afterward—over 3 million packets sent. This is a PPS attack. We do not terminate services without cause, and we do not allow this type of activity on our network.
