Avoid MassiveGRID - Severe Network Issues & Non-existent Support

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience with a MassiveGRID London VPS to help others avoid the same pitfall.

Right after I bought it, the network was already poor with heavy packet loss. It stabilized for a short period, but recently, it has been suffering from frequent and severe network outages, often lasting for hours at a time.

Here is what happens during an outage:

External pings don't just time out; they return "Destination Host Unreachable".

The server itself doesn't crash. I can still log in via the web noVNC console.

However, from inside the VPS, pinging the gateway completely fails.

The absolute worst part is their "support." I opened a ticket regarding this issue on March 12th. During this entire time, I have only received two automated "we are investigating" replies. Today is March 30th—over two weeks later—and my ticket is still sitting "On Hold" with the issue completely unresolved.

TL;DR: No matter how cheap their pricing might be, please avoid MassiveGRID. The network is completely unreliable, and the support is essentially non-existent. Do not have any expectations if you decide to use them.
