Searching for EU/EEA providers for VPS / Object St. / DNS / Domains / SSL Certs
Hello! 
I am looking for some providers for a personal (at the moment) project and I need a variety of resources which I will describe below along with my requirements. I have been looking around for some time and while I have found some offers myself it's a bit difficult to separate the old-but-active threads from the new ones so here I go. If anyone has anything from this list I would appreciate if you could leave a comment. 
General requirements:
- Company must be registered in the EU/EEA
- The services must be located in the EU/EEA
- Must have their own ASN and should own the resources
- Provide IPv4 and have IPv6 support
- Custom ISO support for servers
General nice-to-haves / bonuses, can live without them:
- Any of the following for any of the mentioned resources: Openstack open access, Terraform provider, Pulumi provider
- Payment in EUR / RON by SEPA Instant
Mentions:
- I am open to 3m/6m/1y/... offers too if there is a discount for such terms and the deal is good
- Usage: Kubernetes Cluster nodes, internal VPN exitpoints (no public VPN hosting), mail hosting possible (if the ports are open, please mention so), no abuse.
- General VPS
- at least 4vCPU/8GB
- I can accept some DDR3 but preferably at least DDR4
- SSD main storage
- at least 1Gbps (if hard capped, please mention)
- Storage VPS
- at least 2vCPU/2GB
- same as General VPS
- at least 1TB of attached storage
- at least 1Gbps (if hard capped, please mention)
- 'Networking' VPS
- at least 5Gbps, other specs to be decided.
- Object storage
- Preferably real-usage billing but I can accept anything for this one as long as the deal is good enough
- should be S3 compatible
- DNS
- If you provide DNS zone hosting as an independent service, please mention it.
- Domains
- If you are a registrar for any TLDs please mention it.
- SSL Certs
- If you are a reseller for Actalis / Certum / other EU/EEA SSL Certifying Authority please mention it.
If you managed to make it until the end, thank you. I know it's a lot and some requests / requirements might be odd but I am certain that some providers on here can help.

Scaleway or OVH?
Upcloud, Arubacloud, CysoCloud and as @concept mentioned Scaleway and OVH
