To everyone looking for cheap and rare locations, maybe even home ISPs for hosting, this service apparently exists https://cloud.runonflux.com/
It barely works but if you go past the awful user experience you can actually deploy stuff to it and get your app working. I was able to start 100 Globalping probes on it for only $38/month.
And you don't need crypto, Stripe works.
Too bad there is little control over the locations so I just got 100 random ones with no way to scale past that without duplication.
