VPN Users:

If you are using a VPN to hide your location then it will probably get marked as fraud.
If your address is in one country but your ip is in another country it will probably get marked as fraud.
If you try to signup from a hosting provider it will probably get marked as fraud.

Maxmind uses a bunch of things for fraud scoring. If you don't pass the fraud check then I probably will not approve the order.

There are no refunds after 30 days of service.

curious -- why is the durham dc called raleigh? are they the same city?

is bw in:out, out only, do you suspend or throttle to a lower rate like 1mbps after the TB cap is hit?

i assume for the price these are not dedicated cores -- how do you handle sharing or throttling ?

Durham and Raleigh are right next to each other. The physical location of the data center is in Durham but Raleigh is probably more well known.

Bandwidth is counted in and out together.

Each server has equal access to the CPUs. In rare cases we may have to throttle the CPU further. In that case we will communicate with the client to resolve the issue.
