Any providers, maybe smaller ones or far away, that I could occasionally use for like a "VPN" ?
in Providers
I want more VPS's for hosting stuff like docker containers but I am wondering if there is any locations I should focus on (far away?) where if i used it occasionally as a proxy, it won't get tagged as being a "server" (its annoying how so many things block my VPS on oracle cloud just for being a server i guess) or VPN? So I can browse from a different location but not have the ip be on some list.
Providers or maybe certain locations are better than others?

Hourly vps, proxy services
I'm not sure which lists are better/worse than others, but most VPS will at least be tagged as "hosting" according to sites like ip.info.
I have heard some are better than others, but haven't tested extensively. Obviously, a Tor exit will be the worst and it will improve some from there.
Do you have any specific sites that you get blocked on? I'm a little bit curious to test.
It is ineffective if a geolocation service like IP2Location detects that the traffic originates from a data center IP range.
There is indeed a significant difference based on how "dirty" the network is. IP reputation does a lot for making normal web browsing behind a VPN miserable or decent, very noticeable difference.
A free tier cloud provider like Oracle will have horrendous reputation, while some smaller providers which take care of their network and do not attract many abusers will get way less captchas and blocks.
One of my VPS with Solid has a "clean" IP but 1. that's just fucking random luck and 2. it's just a matter of time before it gets listed -.-
Hell, I pay for a static IP with my VPN provider and I've had that one for like 3 years, it's still listed as dirty. Can't have nice things n shit.
in italy we have Telecom italia, that is a famous ISP provider that sell VPS with residential IPV4, but the cost is a lot of high (if i remember was like 30-35€/monthly)
I don't remember exactly what was blocked but I am constantly having to click those "are you human?" boxes, and fill out those things or choose the pictures etc. its so annoying and insane.
The other day, I was signing up for something pretty normal and it said "we detected that you are using a VPN, disable to continue" but i was NOT on a VPN. I was not on any type of proxy but somehow I got a new random IP from the isp (an isp well known for being crap in this state). So its like they have the detectors cranked WAY too high, lots of false positives.
Then your ip reputation must be complete dogshit or your browser has some kind of tracking protection enabled.
Likely possibilities:
Whoever had the IP before you ruined it
One of your devices has something running that makes you a part of a proxy network or similar. There are a few ways you can check, like ipinfo.io (example: ipinfo.io/31.209.1.188, scroll down) or spur.us (free account required)
You'd be surprised. A lot of WAFs will pass Tor exits through to read a site (but not necessarily register) but will straight-up block particularly crappy VPNs due to horrible IP reputation and the lack of the mitigating factor "legit people use this too, not just bots" that Tor comes with.
