No, they didn't help me solve the problem. My purchased VPS still can't connect to the network, and my support ticket is gone.
Your ticket wasn't gone -- it was submitted under a Guest account instead of your client account, which is why it wasn't showing in your dashboard. We responded to it same day.
The network issue on your VPS has been corrected. Please reinstall from the panel and you should be good to go. If you run into anything else, open a ticket from your client portal at https://services.sucura.ca and we'll get it sorted.
