    Honestly compliance is VERY HARD.
Most companies find out via fines audits and user reports.

You are checking one website. They file hundreds of reports a year and humans make mistakes.

I have an army managing this because regulations change every month intentionally. I am also replacing my Compliance officers when they get complacent.

I'm not sure I get your point, what does that have to do with BaboonHosting not having renewed their company registration in the last 6 months? It's been inactive since October and he has avoided answering why that is so. He wouldn't have to file "hundreds of reports", just log into the Dutch company register website and update it. It probably takes a couple of hours at most.

If you're talking about filing taxes and income/expenses reports, there are plenty of accounting software to help with that. If you can't be bothered to file them once a year then you definitely shouldn't be running a company.

If you're talking about complying with GDPR, then if you're not able to do so as a web server provider who should know their way around data protection, then you most definitely shouldn't be offering your services.
