Yeah, some XSG2 nodes took a lot more to apply the firmware update at reboot. As high as 20-30 minutes.
Well, at least kernel in Proxmox is march 2026 version, and all firmware updates were applied via idrac

@AlteredParadox, instead of relying on phones and billions of notifications, consider using dedicated hw. Something like raspberry pi + small display. Perhaps add RGB LEDs for visibility
