I am currently looking for a dedicated storage server with the following specifications:
Location: Netherlands (Amsterdam preferred)
CPU: Any (low-end is fine)
RAM: 16–32 GB
Storage: 4 × 8 TB HDD (or similar capacity)
Network: 1 Gbps
Bandwidth: 100 TB or unmetered
My main use case is storage, so I do not require high CPU performance. I am flexible on CPU and RAM if needed.
Budget: around €60/month

Thank you all for your replies and suggestions, I really appreciate it.
A special thanks to @Nadwey for sharing the HostDZire thread — that was exactly what I was looking for.
I’ve now ordered a server in the Netherlands (Leaseweb AMS) with the following specs:
E3-1230, 16GB RAM, 4×8TB HDD, 1Gbps unmetered for €34.99/month.
That perfectly fits my needs, so I’ll move forward with this setup.
