I am clarifying why a new thread was created. My initial request was strictly for the 9950X, which proved to be too narrow. Since the forum software does not allow users to edit thread titles, starting a new post with broader specifications was the only logical way to attract more providers. This wasn't spam—it was a necessary workaround for a UI limitation.
Given that I have no permission to modify my original title, a new thread was the only practical solution. I’m here to find a provider, not to spam.
My time is valuable, and so is the providers'. Direct quoting is the most efficient way to match a buyer with a seller. I am here to do business, not to spam.
So, please clear the warning as the intent was purely to update my needs criteria.
Provider's time is also valuable, you also have to mentions your budget and not dreaming.
As many people state you wont get a dedicated core with 10gb ram with that budget alone, exclude storage and bandwidth.
Increase your budget before make new thread.
Firstly, I don't think my budget is too low. I've reviewed many previous offers. You could say AI has driven up memory prices, but I'm looking at offers from the last three months. Maybe they are special offers. I think my budget isn't high, but it's definitely not unrealistic. Also, I gave up on my insistence on a 9950x; the decrease in CPU prices has made my budget less tight. As for dedicated cores, since my project requires a lot of computation, I don't want to trigger penalties or violate the vendor's terms.
Stupid question, why do you waste your valuable time here, and not just take one of the many offers you got?
Because, they are sold out!!
And in my first thread, I only get one 9950x offer. Then it nothing, that's why I made a new thread
So you are saying there are currently actually no offers for that price, got it!
Okay, i will explain for you using my valuable time.
You know comparing PROMOTION and NORMAL price are not how you compare a server cost. And 3 months already a HUGE gaps for hardware price as RAM literally on high surge 1-1.5 month ago.
"Decrease in CPU" you mentions doesn't make any sense as you want 4.0GHz+ CPU, only some new hardware Ryezn Intel can and maybe new EPYC Milan and you won't reach that clock speed with VDS due virtualization and node load. You want dediicated core but want pay shared core price.
Then you asking for 12gb Ram which cost like x3-x4 now on market.
And imagine it in Japan, an exotic expensive location where local Hosting Provider still use ancient hardware from 2013, hardware aint cheap there
Or you can just go with the provider you review
Yeah! That's why I gave up 9950x
i am not reading all of that. Just set what specs and if it's "sold out" ask the provider since they can do a private listing just for you if you asked nicely and not complain that xyz is not in stock. Just ask. Is that hard?
I’d say moderately hard. Maybe like 6/10. Not super advanced but really not that easy either. I hope this helps.
How I feel every time I see you around
should be oloke not emgh
My response to oloke would be very hard. Maybe like 10/10.
Okay. I'll bite because I think we skipped the feature that you apparently can do 30TB in Tokyo...
How?
Please tell me where you're getting your cheap bandwidth from as I am sure many many other providers would like to know.
leaseweb vps..
🏃♀️
Running away as fast as possible.
Thanks!
Unsure why, but Leaseweb from @HostDZire still working great for me
But they aint allow @yuanzi505 use cpu for long time
