  I know that @orangevps has options in Japan. I have a VPS with them with 10 GB RAM, so they definitely sell services with enough memory. Their plans are not particularly flexible, though (i.e. you may need to get more bandwidth or vCPUs than you need in order to get the memory you want), but the service is solid.
